A Quick Recipe to Make Delicious Chocolate Coconut Bar

Ingredients to be used

  • 2 cups of condensed milk
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 150 gms chocolate
  • 1 ½ cups of dehydrated coconut powder

The above-mentioned are the main key ingredients to be used.

Directions to make

  • Take ¾ cup of milk in an open pan with heat on medium flame and stir continuously.
  • Add sugar and stir well till it boils, stirring is necessary to avoid lumps of the coconut powder.
  • After boiling add ½ cup of milk and stir well on a medium flame when the whole material is boiled perfectly it will become a dough.
  • Now cool this dough to room temperature and knead well after cooling, so that all the tightness would be avoided.
  • Shape this dough any way you want your chocolate bar to be.
  • After shaping these pieces, keep them in the fridge for 30 minutes so that they can attain a hard shape.
  • Till the time, melt chocolate in a non-stick pan on a low flame or in the microwave at 80’ so that the chocolate will melt evenly.
  • Now coat these coconut pieces with molten chocolate and keep them on butter paper.
  • Freeze for 2 hours and your coconut chocolate bar is ready!
